This is a very exciting time, as you and your partner plan your special day.
Your wedding cake is a perfect centrepiece for your celebration. At Brownz Bakes we create your dream cake from scratch using high-quality ingredients to make an edible work of art reflecting your special day. Be it a fondant covered cake with increate detail or a lovely buttercream or rustic cake with a simple design, a five-tier cake or a one tier cake with cupcakes, and / or donuts, every wedding is a celebration of the love that two people have for each other and your cake should complement your big day.
We also make cupcakes, donuts, cookies and macarons - or maybe a dessert table to compliment your special day. Please discuss your thoughts with us and see how we can help you to make your day even more special.
We deliver and set up your wedding cake at your reception venue for you, one less thing for you to worry about on your big day. We deliver and set-up in locations from Brisbane to Noosa and everywhere in between.

Do you deliver and set up our wedding cake for us?
Yes, I actually prefer to deliver and set up your wedding or tiered cakes for you.
Where do you deliver to?
I deliver anywhere from Brisbane to Noosa and right across the Sunshine Coast from Caloundra right up to the Monville and Maleny Hinterland.
How much does it cost for delivery and set up?
The cost depends on the distance to your venue and the time it takes to set your cake up for you.
Does the cake need to go in the fridge or can you put is straight out on display ready for our reception?
Yes I set your cake up for you, preferably in an airconditioned room and not in direct sunlight. Your cake will be out and ready on display for you when you and your guests arrive at your reception.
Can we set up a time to discuss our cake plans?
Yes of course you can, please email me with your preferred time/s to info@brownzbakes.com.au to set up a consultation time.
What should we do with any cake that is left over?
If you have any cake left over from your reception please ask the venue to ensure you cake is stored in an airtight container, or the box it was delivered in ready for you. Cake that is stored in the fridge without being stored correctly can dry out.
Do you offer tasting boxes?
Yes I do tasting boxes, they are $20 per box and come with 5 varieties of cake, please get contact us, using the link in the header) to order your tasting box. Please advise if you have any allergies etc when ordering your tasting box.
